Call for proposals

Have an idea for a talk, workshop, tutorial for PyCon Ireland this year? Our call for proposals is now open. Fill in our application form here. The deadline for the call for proposals will be the July 14th. We hope to announce the lineup shortly after this. If you are travelling from abroad, we will notify you earlier as to whether your proposal has been accepted.

Financial Assistance

This years PyCon Ireland 2014 will be held on Sat 11th - Sun 12th October in the Ballsbridge Hotel. Followed by two days of sprints on Mon 13th and Tuesday 14th October also in the Ballsbridge Hotel.

Purchase Tickets

Tickets are now available to purchase with Early Bird tickets only €60 until May 1st tickets costing €70. Student and Corporate tickets are also available. Please contact for any other queries.

Accomodation Booking

Advanced Python Workshop

Want a warm-up to PyCon Ireland? We are delighted to announce an advanced Python two-day workshop run by Mike Müller of Python Academy.

The course will run over 2 days, on October 9 and 10, 2014 in the Camden Court Hotel and will cost 715 EUR per person (plus 19 % VAT if applicable).

Note: This course is being run separately by the Python Academy and not by Python Ireland, please check for more details.
