PyCon Ireland is the largest annual gathering of the Irish Python community which takes place over a period of two days.

PyCon Ireland 2013 will be held on Sat 12th - Sun 13th October at The Burlington Hotel.

A two-day sprints will be held on Mon 14th - Tuesday 15th October at College of Computer Training. The sprints are a free event open to all (18+), registration will be required.

Corporate Rate

If your company is paying for your ticket we encourage you to register at the corporate rate. Paying the corporate rate helps us to keep the conference affordable to everyone, especially students and individuals.

Individual Rate

If you are paying for yourself to attend PyCon, feel free to come as an individual. Employees of non-profits may register at the individual rate.

Student Rate

This rate is for full-time students and academics.

Sprints Tickets

Note This is an over 18s event.

Sprints are held on Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th October. Both days are free for anyone to participate, no conference ticket required. We have four sprints planned:-

  • Plone

  • Django

  • Mozilla WebQA - test automation sprint

  • Female sprints

Burlington Hotel is full for PyConIE weekend

An update about accommodation. The Burlington Hotel has no rooms that weekend. There are also other hotels nearby, see accommodation section, it's not an extensive list. If you find a hotel that has a good price, please comment in disqus.
